Our Company

Our company consists of experienced, highly-qualified engineers from all specialisations and has its registered office in Nea Smyrni, Athens. We actively engage in projects across Greece.

 OUR HISTORY

The history of the AFOI STEFATOU company dates back to 1958, and has continued to the present day.

1958 - 1970

Spyros Stefatos, a civil engineer, and Konstantinos Stefatos, who took on the role of construction contractor, began their activities in the construction of residential housing, setting up the technical engineering company Stefatos Brothers.

1970 - 1980

The rapid expansion in rebuilding of urban centres combined with the creation of a substantial customer base laid solid foundations for subsequent development of the company during this decade.

1980 - 2000

The second generation of engineers entered the company during this period, making a dynamic contribution to the modernisation of services and operating methods.

2000 - 2010

The company's continuous upward trajectory was evidenced by its record sales (22 apartment buildings & more than 100 apartments per year).

2010 - Today

The third generation has focused on continuing the company’s commitment to innovation using state-of-the-art digital technology, integrating modern engineering applications with an environmental approach to design. Making the contemporary home modern & ergonomic - a space you will enjoy for a lifetime.

The company is also expanding by investing in relevant businesss areas.

One of the most special summer festivals in Greece brings life to the abandoned village of Palea Vlachata (Old Vlachata) Sami, in Kefalonia island, for three days filled with music, art, cinema and many other parallel cultural activities. Our company has been supporting the festival since 2012, and has continued its support to date.
